Refund Policy

At Kivela Business Consulting, we strive to provide excellent service and clear communication at every step. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both our clients and our business.
1. Consultations and One-Time Bookings
Free consultations may be rescheduled or canceled at any time without penalty.
Paid consultations (e.g., strategy sessions or business setup meetings) may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Project-Based or Retainer Work
For larger engagements billed via proposal or invoice:
A deposit or initial payment may be required to begin work.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started or materials have been delivered.
If a project is canceled by the client before completion, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.
3. Training, Workshops, and Events
Refunds for scheduled workshops or training sessions are available up to 7 days before the event date.
Within 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered as a credit toward a future session.
4. Service Quality Guarantee
If you believe a billing or service error has occurred, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your invoice or service delivery. We will promptly review and resolve the issue in good faith.

Include your name, invoice or booking reference, and a brief explanation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
